During our market appraisal we will offer our ideas and thoughts on two topics.
Firstly, we offer an unbiased view of what we think your property will achieve. Our thoughts are entirely based on current availability of similar properties and what prices properties have achieved over the last six months. This information, combined with your own thoughts, is used to create a marketing plan.
The second part of the appraisal is where Property STOP are unique. Given that the Directors own rental properties themselves, we can offer advice and guidance about how you can achieve the best rent for your property. This can vary from refurbishment, maintenance/furnishings through to mortgages and taxation. This advice is based on our own experiences as both letting agents and owners of rental properties.
