At Property STOP we have adopted a different approach to block management which makes perfect sense to us, to our clients and once we have explained what we mean by it, hopefully to you too. We put ourselves in your shoes and think about what, in an ideal world, we would want from a block managing agent. As well as what we wouldn't.

The biggest complaint from owners of leasehold properties is "my block management charges are too high". Property STOP’s approach is to deliver a package that ensures the necessary procedures and costs are met but then gives the residents the option to decide on what else they want their block management charges to include.

At the heart of what we do is the fact that block management is a straight forward business. We believe that efficient and effective block management revolves around getting tasks done properly in a timely manner at the right price.

As a local business we believe that block management is a natural addition to our lettings package. We want to offer a "one-stop" package that includes all aspects of leasehold properties from block management through to finding a tenant and managing the rental if necessary.
